Which areas do you serve?
We primarily serve the Tampa bay area including, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Brandon, Riverview, Brandon, and Sun City Center. We may accommodate locations outside this range for an additional travel fee.
How do I book a photoshoot?

How long does a typical real estate photoshoot take?
Most standard shoots take 30–60 minutes, but larger properties or additional services (such as 3D video tours) may take longer.

When will I receive my photos?
We deliver high-quality, edited photos within 24 hours of the shoot. Rush delivery options are available upon request.
How will I receive my photos?
CLIX delivers all media via a personalized property site that will be sharable with potential buyers. The agent will have the ability to customize the site and add information regarding the property.
How much does a real estate photography session cost?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments. Full payment is required before final photo delivery.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
What if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?
If weather conditions prevent outdoor photography (such as aerial drone shots), we will reschedule at no additional cost. Indoor shoots can proceed as scheduled.
