Terms of service

1. Ownership of Images

All photographs, videos, and other media created by Clix Solutions are the intellectual property of the photographer and are protected by copyright law. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the photographer retains full copyright ownership of all media, even after delivery to the client.

2. Client Usage License

Upon full payment for services rendered, Clix Solutions grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media strictly for the following purposes:

• Marketing and advertising the property being photographed (e.g., MLS listings, real estate websites, social media, brochures).

• Sharing with third parties involved in the sale or rental of the property (e.g., real estate agents, brokers).

3. Restrictions on Use

The following uses are prohibited without prior written consent from Clix Solutions:

• Reselling, licensing, or transferring the media to any third party not involved in the property’s marketing.

• Altering, editing, or modifying the media (e.g., adding filters, cropping, or removing watermarks).

• Using the media for purposes unrelated to the property photographed (e.g., personal projects, portfolio use).

4. Third-Party Use

If a third party (e.g., builders, designers, stagers) wishes to use the media for their own marketing or promotional purposes, they must obtain written permission from Clix Solutions and may be subject to additional licensing fees.

5. Attribution

While not required, we appreciate credit for our work when shared publicly (e.g., “Photography by Clix Solutions”).

6. Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use of the media, including but not limited to duplication, alteration, or use beyond the agreed license terms, will result in legal action and/or additional fees of $2500 per unauthorized use per occurrence.

7. Archival and Re-Use

Clix Solutions will archive the final media files for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. After this period, files may no longer be available, and re-upload fees may apply.

• Clients may not use the media for additional properties or projects without purchasing a new license.

8. Portfolio Use

Clix Solutions reserves the right to use the media in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. If the client wishes to opt-out of this usage, they must notify us in writing prior to the shoot.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the copyright laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Tampa, Florida.
